It's okay to say no. It's okay to set boundaries.
As a home daycare provider, I felt I had to bend and accommodate everybody.
I was exhausted and stressed, and my family was the ones suffering because of it. Honestly, I still struggle with setting boundaries, but I'm getting better.
Please don't make my mistakes. It doesn't make you mean if you put your foot down occasionally. Your customers are coming to you for the service they need, so don't be afraid to set a policy that works for you.
I believe that most of our burnout comes from us trying to please everyone.
Do what works for you and your family.
And remember, it's okay to say no
